The expectation that these two countries would be enemies -- and that one of them would favor Israel over the other -- is sheer insanity. It's akin to believing that large numbers of Americans would take Cuba's side if Cuba were occupying Canada.<BR/><BR/>Iran and Iraq are going to be on the same side of most things most of the time, whether we like it or not.
